We use the up-to-date CAD and analysis software in our machine and roll tool designs. In this way, we can easily adapt the customized options to the design and manufacture of our machines. By making the validation of our roll tool designs before manufacture, we prevent undesired time losses that may occur during manufacturing of the machines.
We Reduce Costs With Good Design
We ensure that the costs of our machines are low thanks to our lean and purposeful designs. We use CE certified components with the origin of Europe, Japan and Turkey and certified raw materials in our machines. We adapt our designs according to the brands you prefer for the main components like motors, drivers, bearings etc.
Manufacturing That Fits the Purpose
We manufacture all the parts we use in our machines with appropriate size and surface tolerances. For parts that dimensional production has been completed, we harden them with the appropriate heat treatment method when necessary.
